It was a residence in the heart of the city. 2000 sqft flat. The client input was that they want a maintenance free yet luxurious look. They did not want to cramp the place with storage and compromise on the specious look. The aesthetics were maintained keeping the budget in mind.
The residence is known for its camouflage doors. For example the parents room has a wall to wall wardrobe with the toilet door camouflaged. A glass shutter is archived on both the ends to break the monotony. An off white golden look for the entire room with a break with a green wallpaper adds to the charm. An extended headboard with a natural gray and laminated side table with a leg detail.
The kids room was a challenge with a lot of colors. A wall to wall wardrobe again with a camouflaged toilet door. A simple bed back with wallpaper, decorative light and painting. A playful niche with sitting and storage is the main highlight of the room and again with art on shutter. The wardrobe handles have been created in house.

The master bedroom has an entire box room incorporated which made the lady of the house very happy. The box room door is camouflaged again with bed back design of metal profile, Pu and mirror. A nice simple clean room with neat lines, study and decorative lights to add glamor.
Kitchen is the heart of the house and usually people compromise by making it small. But here we made a light color kitchen with a hint of green PVC laminates. Quartz is used overall for a clean look. Functionality is the highlight of the kitchen washing machine, fridge, microwave water filter everything is accommodated at one place.
The living dining is a cluster free area with keeping in mind the north east corner which is given to the mandir (open). Dining table for formal living is placed in the space. A marble backdrop and a high on design ceiling adds on the look of the place. An enclosed den with glass sliders for a private T.v viewing experience. Wooden flooring and high on design wallpaper makes the area look super interesting. The high end ceiling with gentle curves, has the clients full heart.
All in all a budget friendly, easy to maintain and clean project.
