This 1100 sqft office of Earthwear Material was a challenging one as the brief with which we started this office was "it will be eventually turning into a warehouse in next 6 months so please do the interior very appealing yet minimum costing".
With the brief of the client there was another challenge to be handled with which was the location of the office. Situated in the old office area of Kolkata it was challenging for us to design with the civil work, giving everywhere ample amount of natural light and thinking to utilize every inch of space for storage purpose while giving a spacious look and feel everywhere.

The client wanted his reception and conference room very appealing. For the conference room we used his very own office products that had to be showcased in the conference table with veneer and resin which turned out to be the showstopper of the whole office. For the reception area we played with different materials such as laminate, marble, louvers, metal sheet and combined everything to give a very functional space yet very appealing.
Employee sitting arrangement with maximum storage, natural light and ample amount of walking space is done in a very smart way. The cabins are designed keeping in mind the warmth of the material he will be showing to his clients while discussing deals and topics. Both the cabin has exclusive table designs with different marble top designs too which adds on to the designing of the area.
A minimal commercial office interior features a bright white base with earthy accents for warmth. The layout balances open workspaces with private zones ensuring both collaboration and focus.
