A 1000sqft bungalow space is what we created on ground floor as a tea joint.
The best part about this space is that it is maintenance free.
A tea joint which is air conditioned yet had a counter space for outside access came as a challenge. Ceaser stone in terrazzo glossy finish in beige and red (the brand colour) has been used all over.
Tea is something usually people associate with Kolkata hence an entire wall had a Kolkata Skyline Art. Use of mirror makes the space look bigger than what it is. A neon sign near the menu as a backdrop .Coding heartbeat as tea love has been a hot topic of discussion.
Kolkata tea is often served in red mud glasses, which has been imitated in fibre and has run across the entire ceiling of the space. The floor above has a 30-40seater restaurant space. Blue wallpaper runs overall there with a huge mirror wall which makes the space look double in size.
It has been highly appreciated by client and Kolkata food lovers.
